Condo Conversion Study

The LVA Board has approached the City with a request to consider revising City codes to allow multi-family building owners to convert existing buildings to condominiums. The LVA provided an extensive report to City Staff, based upon activity in other Cities and this was well received. Subsequently, the City has expanded on our study based on their expertise in such matters and it is being considered. This is preliminary, however and would have to go before the Planning Commission and the City Council.
