Code Violation Reporting

Lantern Village Residents can submit violation reports directly to the LVA Code Enforcement Chair (Mike Frost) anonymously by sending concerns to lvacode@yahoo.com. We will then submit these concerns to the City from the LVA – not from the originator (unless desired and specified).

In your e-mail to lvacode@yahoo.com, please include the following pertinent information:

  • Address of Violation
  • Nature of Violation
  • Duration of Violation (How long has this been going on)
  • Your Contact Information (Optional and will not be disclosed)

Please note that when we are addressing vehicles, we are addressing vehicles on the property – not in the street. Any on-street parking issues are to be reported to the Sheriff’s dispatcher (949) 770-6011. Code Enforcement would be involved in such matters as a disabled vehicle in the driveway (not drivable) vehicles parked on the lawn, etc.
